We assess how your body is organised, how it transfers force and how those relationships influence posture, movement and pain

We look at the relationships between posture, joint position, fascial tension and movement to understand how the body is organising itself.
This helps us identify patterns of compensation and where force may not be transferring efficiently.
Assessment tells us what the system is doing. Myofascial release helps address restriction. Movement retraining helps the body develop more efficient strategies.
Each stage informs the next, allowing us to work with the body as an interconnected system.

Assessment, myofascial release and biomechanics provide different ways of understanding and working with the human system.
