We assess how your body is organised, how it transfers force and how those relationships influence posture, movement and pain

We look at the relationships between posture, joint position, fascial tension and movement to understand how the body is organising itself.
We then observe how that organisation changes as the body moves and manages load.
Assessment gives us a starting point.
Myofascial release creates opportunities for change, while biomechanics retraining challenges the body to organise and transfer force differently.
We reassess throughout the process so your body's response helps guide what happens next.

Assessment, myofascial release and biomechanics provide different ways of understanding and working with the human system.
