The goal of Gua Sha is to untangle adhesions within the fascia and increase the blood flow to those areas being treated. Gua Sha is extremely therapeutic as it targets those adhesions that are more resistant to myofascial release. 

 Although cupping has many benefits to it's application, our main focus of it's use is to

release scar tissue and fascial adhesions that may submit further to decompression of the soft tissue.
